To sustain your energy don't turn to medications and energy drinks that promise energy. They are not healthy and can cause health problems and have a detrimental effect on concentration and focus. Rather follow a healthy diet, with fruit, vegetables, nuts, good carbs (avoid junk food) proteins. These will sustain energy levels and focus.
