Measles vaccinations: URGENT

Dear parents and legal guardians

The Department of Health is offering measles vaccinations to learners in grades 8 to 10 who are 15 years old and younger. Officials from the health department will administer these vaccinations at the school. NB: This is a voluntary process. If you would like to take advantage of this programme, please complete the consent form that has been issued to your daughter/ward today and return it to school on Thursday, 2 Feb. 2023.
