Non-Attendance at Parents' Evening

Dear parents

Thank you to the many parents who made use of the opportunity to discuss their daughters' academic issues with the subject teachers at Parents' Evening on 2 August. We are heartened by our shared interest in your daughters' progress. However, it is disappointing to note that, despite being specifically invited to discuss their daughters' challenges, a number of parents did not arrive for their appointments thereby missing an important opportunity to partner and communicate with teachers for the betterment of their daughters.

I urge those parents who missed this opportunity and who have noted that their daughters have not performed well in their Term 2 results please to contact the grade tutor urgently to set up appointments at the teachers' convenience.
