SGB ELECTIONS: VOTERS' ROLL UPDATE

Dear Parents/ Legal Guardians

Please ensure that the school has all your updated details so that you appear on the voters' roll and can participate in the SGB Elections on 4 March 2024.

If you need to update your details, please email Mrs Bonaretti at sghs@springsgirlshigh.co.za BEFORE Monday, 19 February 2024 OR complete the reply slip at the end of the letter which will be given to your daughter or ward during the day today. The reply slip should be returned to your daughter's /ward's register teacher by Monday, 19 February 2024.

The Election and Nomination meeting will take place on 4 March 2024 from 18:00, as follows:

Nominations will be taken between 18:00 and 18:30. Therefafter, from 18:30 until 19:30 voting will take place - if a quorum is reached.

Nominations can also be made between 26 February 2024 and 3 March 2024 during school hours and into a seald box in the front office. Nomiation forms will be avaiable inn the front office between 26 Feb and 3 March. Thereafter, they will be availbale at the Nomination and Election Meeting on 4 March 2024.
